Liberty Land (aka Trafalga North)

I liked it better when it was Liberty Land, so I'm still going to call it that.
We got home from St. George, and decided to have a fun day since Dad was off work. We went to Liberty Land, and then to Iceberg for a late lunch. The rides were disappointing, (several were out of order, even the carousel) but we still had some fun, but mostly at IceBerg- we were starving!

 All three on the airplanes!

Kimee attempted the climbing wall, but ended up being to scared to go up.

Audrey, then Kimee, both got turns going in the go-carts with Dad.

I took Maddi and Kimee on the bumper boats, but no picture! Audrey and Dad were waiting in line for the go-carts.

Family Pictures

We tried to get a family picture while we were in St. George. It is so hard to get everyone looking and smiling at the same time. Maddi is really hard at this age because she just doesn't want to stand still. I will post a few that turned out and a few that didn't, just for fun.

This one really makes me sad because everyone is actually looking good, except me! I was trying to get the hair out of my face. Seconds later, Maddi is up and running around. Moment lost! I guess I could try and photoshop it, but I just don't have the talent or want to spend the time right now.

Miscellaneous

Some miscellaneous pictures on my camera . . .

Just before we left for St. George, this was delivered. We were excited to have something fun to come home to. FYI- Our old waterslide got eaten by mice in the shed this winter. Very unfortunate. I debated for a long time whether or not to get a new one. Finally did after watching for sales and coupons for a long time.

This was a teacher appreciation gift from the last day of school. It tasted as good as it looks. It was so beautiful, I had to take a picture. (I did remove the feathers and ribbon before eating.)

Back in April, I took Kimee and Audrey to the Justin Bieber movie at the theater. It was a fun mother -daughter date. I had to take a picture of the tickets just to prove that I did one cool thing in my life. Someday soon they will think I am SO uncool, so I have to have some evidence of coolness in my past.

Speaking of coolness, Maddi got into the hats and purses basket. Boy, is she one stylin' lady.

St. George

As soon as school got out, we took a trip down to St. George. My parents were able to come and stay with us for a couple of days before heading down to AZ.

As usual, we spent lots of time at the pool, both indoors and outdoors.

On Sunday, we went up to the temple grounds for a little bit.

The kids took pictures with their cameras of just hanging around the condo. Kimee and Audrey had their own couch where they put their stuff.

The kids found snails in the yard and LOVED having a pet to play with.

Also, we went out to dinner to Brick Oven with some old friends of ours, Brooks and Sue. The next morning Dave and Brooks went golfing, like old times. What a treat!
