Do you know what the most annoying thing is?

Kimee asked her dad the other day, as she was finishing getting dressed, "Do you know what the most annoying thing is?"

She didn't wait for his answer, which may have been little girls that whine or cry for no real reason and then don't stop regardless of your multiple efforts to help them.

"Socks" was her answer. And it's true for Kimee. She hates socks. She now officially hates tights and stockings of any kind too. They really bug her feet. She says she only wants to wear the tights that she has for dance class, which are the footless kind. But she won't wear the cute footless stockings I bought for her to wear under her skirts so that her legs won't get cold, because they bug her. I cannot win. So when you see a little girl out in the cold wearing a dress or skirt with no tights, no stockings, no socks, just shoes or boots, do not automatically think that her mom doesn't care or is negligent. Just think of Kimee's strong personality and how socks really are the most annoying thing.
