Maddilyn came home with a bit of jaundice. We had to take her in for follow-up checks, and it turned out that her levels increased quite a bit. So she got to go under the bili-lights; we called it her tanning bed. It took her a little bit to get used to them, but then she did really well. She had to be under them for about 5 days. It wasn't too bad. I mostly felt bad that she had to get her foot poked so many times.
I remember in the hospital when they kept poking Jeremy's heel. I felt so bad for him! Uncomfortable as he already was, in a new place and all, and then they poke his heel.
