The biggest one was getting our cracked chimney fixed, and getting the fireplace fixed and ready to burn.
We pulled out the gas insert so that we could burn wood in the fireplace.
We finally got everything ready to go to burn our first fire on New Year's Eve 2011. It was so beautiful and so wonderful. We roasted marshmallows and made smore's.
The next project we did (mostly Dave) was getting the shower out of the downstairs bathroom. We had gutted everything else before moving in, but the shower still had to go. It was SOOO nasty. Even down to the concrete.
All cleaned up now.
Here is the junk from the shower all piled in the back of the truck.
I will show pictures of the new bathroom when it's done!

I had no idea you guys even moved. Your "new" house must be about the same age as ours. We've also removed an insert from the fireplace - NOT an easy task. Ours was a wood burning stove which we took apart to remove and then sold on KSL for about $150. And, we've also just gutted a bathroom. We've been slowly putting it back to normal, but bathrooms are pretty pricey to remodel, huh? So, are you guys still in the PG/Lindon area? What prompted the move?
